For all new clients, we do set up a meet & greet before we visit your pet for the first time. This gives us an opportunity to meet each other as well as your pets, so that we are familiar when we visit them for the first time. We also use this time to learn their routine, see where food and supplies are kept, and go over any other pertinent information regarding the individual pet's care. We typically schedule the meet & greet a few weeks prior to the initial visit.
